SNS Card Sketch #148 - Hello

Hello I hope you had a lovely spring ours was WET tomorrow is the first day of summer. Do you have any fun plans? We are planning on a lot of camping adventures this year.

Today I thought I would share this little card with you - I won this cute little 6" x 8" paper pad somewhere and completely for got I had it until a few days ago. As I was flipping through it I noticed how pretty the papers where and have been wanting to make a card with it ever since.

I added a few dies and some gems and ended up with a sweet quick card with zero stamping.

I always like to add some coordinating papers inside the card.

I colored the hello with my copics and rolled that little flower with an old MFT die that I got many moons ago at a craft show.

We would love to see what you come up with using this adorable sketch from Sketch N Scrap, Card Sketch #148

Here is that paper pad I was talking about up above.

H2H Woodwork

Today over at Heart2Heart we are are incorporating some woodwork on our projects! We can't wait to see what you come up with for this one.

I was flipping through the new idea book and ran across a card on page 36 that I really liked. I changed it up a bit but can I just tell you how much I love how this turned out? The little bit of green behind the wood tree is not something I would have ever done, had I not seen it in the idea book...I guess that is why they call it that! Do you use the idea book to jump start your creative process?

Here is my card

SNS Layout #178 Grand-babies in Bloom

Oh grand-babies...here I am over here still not even believe I have them (FIVE of them) and they wont stop growing! My oldest daughter Danielle love to work with a local photographer and she was able to get in on a Mother's Day shoot. The weather here has been terrible nothing but rain rain rain. I realize it is spring but for real it won't stop. So in between the rain drops she took her two littles and go these adorable photos taken.

I am so in love!

I used these gorgeous papers from Carta Bella Flower Market I just love everything about these papers.

If you are looking for a kit club to join may I recommend The ScrapRoom. Each month I get a little sample of the newest paper lines along with some embellishments....oh and a little pouch of coffee to enjoy while scrapping. I have loved everything so far and I love getting a little bit of this and that that is adorable right now.

Here is the sketch if you would like to join us over at Sketch N Scrap this month. Sketch #178 (one of my favorites...I will be using this one again in the future)
