Lucky Charms - Challenge #4

I hope you have been able to join in our fun over on Facebook for the March Lucky Charms Crop... this is 4th sketch challenge I hope you can play along.

I recently got a new stamp set, I had a blast playing around with it. The whole card just came together so nicely. I decided to make the butterfly look like it could fly of at any time.

I stamped one on the paper and one that I fussy cut. I used crystal effects to glue the center down and bent the wings up. You can also see the shimmer of the ribbon that match the pearls. I also used some Wnk of Stella to make the butterfly shimmer as well.

Here is a close up of the shimmery butterfly.

I always like to finish the insides of my cards too.

Lucky Charms Card - Challenge #2

I hope you have been able to join in our fun over on Facebook for the March Lucky Charms Crop... this is  2nd sketch challenge I hope you can play along.

I have been in the mood to play with some cheery colors and make some fun cards.  This card actually doesn't have any stamping on it. I made if from three pocket page cards.

Here is the sketch that I used Sketch N Scrap #69

March Lucky Charms Challenge #1

I hope you have been able to join in our fun over on Facebook for the March Lucky Charms Crop... this is 1st sketch challenge I hope you can play along.

A while back I bought a grab bag full of Bella Blvd papers and embellishments. I loved 99% of it.  These papers were just a little meh to me but when I saw this sketch and these photos I knew they would be perfect proving again and again that you just never know how something is going to suddenly come together of of the darkest corners of your stash.

My little grandson loves the snapchat filters. He is hilarious and will grab his head trying to figure out how he suddenly has a hat on or ears or whatever the case may be. This sketch was perfect for a little hidden journaling.

I had bought these little gens a few months ago because well they are so fun and I thought they would be perfect for birthday shaker cards. When I saw  the colors in this paper I knew it would be a perfect combo and I was right. I love how tiny they are giving me the ability to bling up my layout without a ton of added bulk.

I hope you can play along at our Lucky Charms Crop this month here is the first challenge Sketch #101
