A whole lot of love

Hello back again with our July 5th Sketch I hope you love this sketch as much as I do.

Here is a little story about this sketch I really thought it was cute and so as I was working ahead on some projects (as a perk to being on the design team I see and sketches early) I really thought this was a super cute one and so I decided I would work on a card for my hubby for our first anniversary which was June 2. Now the funny thing is that the sketch date is July 5th which is the anniversary of our very first date 5 years ago...I guess it was just meant to be used for love.

Anyway I hope you are inspired by the sketch it has a lot of potential. I used up some paper I had from Simple Stores and stamps from My Favorite Things. I did some faux stitching, I had forgotten how much I adore that look. It really made the card come together. I also got to use some of my new prisma color pencils that I have been talking about over on my Facebook page.

One of my favorite things to do is color and I have been have a great time coloring images for cards. I thought this little raccoon was pretty cute next to the tree. I also used up the rest of these little black dots that I had laying around for a while.

I wrote int he card before I took a photo because I was just so happy with how it turned out so pardon the odd angle but I had to hide all the mushy love stuff ;).

Stop by our blog to link up with today's sketch and for a chance to win a prize through the end of June.

Let see what you come up with: Sketch #125
